The old Knot needed to be rebuilt from the ground up. With agile methodologies, we rethought our design process to better serve the problem-solving process. While our technology partners focused on updating our technology stacks, we focused on competitive analyses, user flows, site mapping, wireframing, user testing, and prototyping to vet our ideas and assumptions about the bride journey. We also collaborated to build out a Pattern Library to help iterate faster and craft our pages around user needs.
We pulled it off 🙂 New developments like a Pattern Library and a well-integrated testing process make it even easier to build new features. With an NPS score that’s well above industry standard and a talented team of product and engineering partners, The Knot keeps meeting and iterating to surpass its user’s needs.
